South Africa tour Cancellations and Refunds
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
2. Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days before the departure date:
- 30 days or more: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- 15–29 days: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- 7–14 days: 25% refund of the total package cost.
- 6 days or less: No refund.
Please note that certain services, such as Robben Island tickets and Garden Route tours, are non-refundable once booked.
3. Cancellation by Travelora Heritage Tours
In the unlikely event that Travelora Heritage Tours cancels a tour, clients will be offered:
- A full refund of all payments made.
- An alternative tour of equal value, subject to availability.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Force Majeure
Travelora Heritage Tours shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
